After seeing my coworkers enjoy some hotdogs from Ramon’s on Wednesday, and having a couple of loaded dogs myself yesterday, I decided to make a couple of my own for my breakfast/lunch. Work today was called off yesterday afternoon due to the impending snow storms of death but I’m still able to get work done by watching help desk queues, etc.
So anyways, here are my hotdogs. To start, heat those dogs up. They’re no good cold. Then put em in the buns, add some chopped onions, and green peppers, cheese it, sauce it, and then they’re good to go.

While this isn’t nearly as bad as Ice Storm 2005 in Indiana, it’s definitely still bad here in New Hampshire. From what I’ve been seeing on the news there’s about a quarter of a million people without power in the state which equals 1/4 of the state’s population. Luckily the mill we live in still have power, heat and the interwebs. Liz had to go to work this morning cause she works at the mall. She said it looked like power was out after she left our parking lot all the way to work. Traffic lights are out and people don’t seem to know what to do. That’s always really frustrating. The university I work at is also without power and last I heard the kids were getting sent home. Their web sites and mail servers are down as well. I kind of wonder if my building still has power because of the hydro-electric dam that used to power the place and, as far as I know, is still working.
