After a long absence from White Feather Farms, I finally made it back this weekend. I even got myself a little loss in the process of getting there. The bright side is that I now know downtown Muncie a little better, and I have some good cheese in my fridge.
They have an amazing new cheddar called McAdams that’s under $3/lb. I’ve never tasted something that good and that cheap. Had to pick some up. I’m also trying out fontinella. It’s a grating cheese I’ve never used before. Other than that, I picked up some muenster, colby jack and remembered to get some babybels.
